This piece fuses painting and object, transforming an immediate and recognizable image into a physical gesture suspended in time. The brush, embedded in the canvas, is not only a tool but a living trace of the action, as if the mark had stopped exactly at the moment it was happening.

The smiling face, universal icon of lightness and communication, is reinterpreted through a broad and imperfect sign, traversed by drips that fracture its apparent simplicity.
