Umbrella stand/rack - Brass

Elegant antique umbrella stand, early 20th century, in gilded metal/brass, characterized by rich and original decorative workmanship.

The top part features a pierced structure composed of interwoven rings shaped like snakes, finely carved with scale details and well-defined heads, which give the piece a strong scenographic impact. The central shaft is adorned with relief motifs and ends with a heart-shaped upper handle, practical and ornamental.

The base, wide and stable, is finely incised with floral and vegetal motifs in Liberty/Art Nouveau style, in addition to serving as a drip catcher.
