Description from the seller
Better in Black No. 21
For sale is an impressive abstract artwork in black and white.
Minimalism that immediately catches the eye.
Bold black lines dance across a structured grid, creating a dynamic interplay of order and randomness.
An impressive abstract work that conjures the raw essence of tangled roots in deep, smeared shadows.
Textures break through the dark canvas, creating a mysterious atmosphere of untold stories.
A deep black settles over white structure.
The side edges have been incorporated into the image. A shadow-gap frame is therefore not strictly necessary.
A work by the artist created exclusively for the Catawiki Selection.
Acrylic on canvas, the unique piece is signed on the back and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
The painting will be shipped rolled (without a frame) to keep shipping affordable.
Each work is produced with high-quality materials and is finished with a protective, lightly glossy final varnish.
This image is ideal for a frame of the size 130x120x4.5 cm.
The shown shadow-gap frame is for illustration purposes only.
All works by the artist are unique. They are handmade paintings created with various techniques.
The photos have not been edited, but slight color variations may occur due to photography.
The cracks, nicks, elevations, and paint splatters are part of the painting style. They are not defects and are intended by the artist.
ARTIST
MANUELA Decker
The Swabian-born artist lives and works today as a freelance artist and creativity coach with her family in Osnabrück.
Her works are now represented worldwide in private collections. Interior consultants appreciate working with her.
She still calls herself a self-taught artist. Despite various studies, self-learning through experimentation and constant practice are at the forefront and shape her works. For Ganter, independently acquired skill stands as an expression of strength. Many of her works reflect the feelings and intersections of her life.
"When, at the end, life blends with art, when they influence each other, the most beautiful pictures still emerge" - Manuela Decker
