Born July 24, 1948 in Grenoble, France, into an artistic family with a father who was a tenor and an uncle who was a painter.
Gifted at drawing from a very young age, she knew she would have a career as a painter.
At 18 she met Mercedes Henry, a painter, with whom she would work for 2 years! At the end of their collaboration, Mercedes Henry advised her to take flight, and she began to exhibit! Mercedes Henry nicknamed her “The Painter of Colors.”
After living in Grenoble, Dijon, and Paris, she currently lives in Nice (Alpes-Maritimes) and Fréjus (Var). Her career spans several decades!
She has sold to collectors around the world!
Numerous awards and distinctions punctuate her journey!
Curious, she explores all media and has found her “pâte” and her pictorial themes! Shapes, lines, vibrant colors evoking her emotions…
She admires Frida KAHLO, Alice NEEL, Camille CLAUDEL among women artists with atypical artistic and emotional journeys!
She loves TURNER, Van GOGH, CEZANNE, RENOIR, MATISSE, KADINSKI, Marc CHAGAL among men for the work and exploration in their creations!
