ATARDECER -XXL is an original and unique handmade artwork of very large format, created with acrylic paints applied in dense, generous layers on canvas.

Particularly majestic in its size, each work is made with high-quality acrylics, luminous, rich, ultra finely pigmented and lightfast. The canvases are painted and dried for several hours in natural light, which gives them a unique glow, incomparable to anything else. Each painting is created in a bath of natural light, colors, emotions, and music, in the heart of the Provençal countryside.

Each painting is painted beyond the displayed dimensions to allow for mounting on a frame-less canvas. Thus, the visible edges of the frame are an integral part of the painting. You may also add a frame (see photos, frame not included).

Understanding the dimensions: they are raw. Typically 4 to 7 cm are added to each side of the canvas to allow proper stretcher mounting. The larger the canvas, the more generous the margin.
For example, for an XXL canvas of 165 cm by 165 cm, the stretcher will be 150x150 cm, i.e., 7.5 cm on each side.
For a 120x120 cm canvas, the maximum stretcher is 110x110 cm.
