Elena Girardi - GEOMETRIE DELLA MENTE

My artistic research develops around the face as an inner space. It is not about portraits, but representations of identity in constant transformation, in which each figure becomes an expression of a mental state. A central element of my work is the presence of the small square panels, which do not represent a simple decorative motif but a necessary structure. They introduce order, stability, and security, becoming the balance point that supports the entire composition.

The painting was made with acrylic technique on canvas, already framed and ready to be hung or mat. It is hand-signed on the front and back and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Artistic Biography
Elena Girardi, born in the province of Como in 1971, has cultivated her passion for painting since a young age, where colors became the core of her artistic expression. Through frequent painting courses she has refined her technique and experimented with different styles and painting approaches. The decisive stroke and the intense colors have become Girardi’s distinctive signature, enabling her to convey vibrant emotions through a bold color palette. Her ability to explore and experiment with painting techniques has allowed her to develop a unique and recognizable style. Elena Girardi is increasingly establishing herself in the world of contemporary art, having participated in numerous group and solo exhibitions in Italy and abroad and having won important international prizes in the field.
