Description from the seller
Paolo Contin
Allcolors
Acrylic on Canvas - hand-signed - 2026
Original painting sold directly by the artist
The canvas has no frame and will be shipped on a suitable tube, with much lower shipping costs than shipping a framed painting.
The painting is provided with a Certificate of Authenticity, date and autograph signature on the back of the canvas.
Dimensions cm 45 x 90 (the painted part) x 0.1
The artist, distant from schools and trends, creates his works as a free man, following exclusively his own ideals and personal objectives.
In this painting on a textured base the artist has drawn many colorful nuances that open up and then fade, creating areas of light and others of shadow.
The color bands are multiple, with small insertions within contrasting colors that recall Iris, the Goddess of all colors.
Paolo Contin has had a long artistic career. He trained in the world of design and since 1980 has worked in fashion and art. Since 1999 he began to exhibit his works; in 2002 his first solo show in Padua, followed by many exhibitions in Italy and abroad, including Copenhagen, Monaco, Paris, Brussels, Istanbul, Buenos Aires and Sydney.
