Decree of the prefecture of Seine-et-Oise dated February 16, 1829, signed by Baron Capelle, concerning the regulation of hunting.
The text prohibits hunting on lands that are not enclosed (including fallow) from March 1, while authorizing landowners to hunt on their property under certain conditions, notably without hounds, with execution entrusted to local authorities.
