In this series, landscape and nature become a pretext for an inquiry into emotional space.
The images do not depict real places or objects, but evoke perceptual states in continual transformation.
Painting operates through layering and intuition, letting fields of color emerge that do not describe, but suggest.

Each work is born from an unstable balance between control and impulse; form is built and dissolved, light emerges and slides elsewhere.
References to nature are recognizable, but elusive.
The atmospheres move between the echo of something already lived and the sense of something about to happen.

These works do not speak of the real, but of what it moves in us; they are open visions, crossed by doubt, by silence, and by a desire for presence.

The work is unique and together with it will be shipped its own certificate of authenticity signed by maZe.
