Artist Myriam Arnaudet, signing as ‘Entre les lignes’, presents ‘Double Je’, a hand-cut black paper silhouette artwork (80 g/m²) in an artisanal edition limited to 25, numbered 1/25, signed and embossed for authenticity, dated 2025, framed in a black wooden box frame 30 × 37 × 3 cm with a floating presentation between two glass panes, provenance from the artist’s studio, certificate of authenticity included, in excellent condition.
Description from the seller
Myriam Arnaudet, a French contemporary artist signing under the name “Entre les lignes,” specialized in paper cutting, develops an entirely manual practice where each work is created with a precision scalpel. Her work explores human emotions, inner contrasts, and plays of light, transforming a simple sheet of paper into a sensitive and expressive composition, without ink or paint.
"Double Je" is a work made in black silhouette paper 80 g/m², fully drawn and then cut by hand.
Two faces can be discerned there, turned in opposite directions, yet united in a single form. The work evokes the intimate duality each of us carries within: what we show and what we keep inside, between light and darkness, strength and fragility, confidence and doubt.
Each copy is worked line by line, in a meticulous and patient gesture that gives the work a deeply human dimension.
Artisanal edition limited to 25 copies. The offered copy is numbered 1/25, hand-signed and authenticated by an artist’s blind stamp.
The work is presented in a black wooden box frame measuring 30 × 37 × 3 cm. It is displayed floating between two panes of glass, creating a sense of depth and revealing the shadows cast by the light, which change with the surroundings.
Provenance: artist’s studio. Certificate of authenticity provided.
Work in perfect condition.
The piece is sold framed and will be shipped with the utmost care, in a rigid, appropriate packaging.
