Our standards:
- Each bonsai is delivered with a sample pack of our favored organic long-term bonsai fertilizer.
- To determine trunk width we measure at half the height between the root collar and the first branch (see sample image). If there are multiple trunks, the widest is chosen.
- All our trees are planted in a substrate mix developed by us specifically.
- If available, we reuse old packaging when shipping, for the sake of the environment.
- The trees are watered before shipping, protected from drying out, and securely fixed in the outer carton.
- Shipping is insured.
- Service providers are commissioned who state they normally deliver within a maximum of 4 working days.
- We ship on the following Monday after payment is received on Catawiki to avoid delivery delays caused by weekends.
