According to Artprice, Bruno Cantais’ rating in 2021 ranges from about 600–2000 euros for his paintings and multiple prints, making him a relatively affordable artist for art collectors.
A compulsive and spontaneous creator, Bruno Cantais lives in Lyon; he explores several techniques, ranging from abstract expressionism à la Rauchenberg or De Kooning, to material projections à la Georges Mathieu, to Pop Art collage or the expressionism of Karel Appel, which roam the borders between abstract gesture and figurative representation. But his signature remains this physical painting, this matter worked with the body, a testament to the artist’s intimate monologue. An artist represented at Galerie Les Couleurs de l'Éternité in France, Gallery Modern Dutch in the Netherlands. Listed on Artprice, Drouot and Akoun since 2005. Atelier Maeght in 2005. Recently participated in the Art3f fair in Lyon. Recent exhibitions in Chisinau, Moldova, Cannes, Pézenas and Lyon (Paul Bocuse Abbey) gala evening 2023. Paris, private collection gallery Île Saint Louis since 2016. Exhibits in international galleries in Belgium, USA, Italy and Portugal since 2019.
