Candlestick - Gilt bronze - Chandelier mural bronze

Rare, elegant wall-mounted chandelier/applique mural with 2 flames in antique gilded bronze, 19th century, Haute Epoque, Rococo, Louis XIII style. Central wall mount, space for 3 screws or nails, decorated at its center with a floral ornament. Two rising arms in a circular arc, square rods, adorned with sober grooves, collars with fleur-de-lis decor at the tips, topped with square-based lampholders, called "à la financière"— rare on a wall model, adorned with square bowls decorated with reliefs, fleur-de-lis, flowers, dolphins (?) crowns... Original and chic.

Height up to 17 cm, depth up to about 21 cm, width up to 28 cm. Very good overall condition, some oxidation marks, normal wear for its age, the branches may be a little displaced, the right bowl turns a bit but is fixed. About 700 g.
