Multidisciplinary visual artist, author and musician, David Law develops a body of work centered on gaze, presence and the perception of the image in urban space. He first made a name for himself with a series devoted to shop-window mannequins, integrated into the city through a subtle play of reflections and superpositions. With this series, David Law dives into pared-down, dark universes, inhabited by phantom silhouettes suspended. These indistinct presences, almost erased, wander through strange landscapes where emptiness becomes matter. Through a visual writing built with the help of contemporary graphic tools, the artist explores the notions of isolation, trace and memory. A silent crossing, on the borders of the visible and the invisible.

Each work is offered in a limited edition of 8 numbered copies + 4 artist’s proofs (A.P.), signed by the artist and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The prints are produced on aluminum with an integrated rear mounting.
