Federico Pinto Schmid is a Tuscan artist who creates cubist-inspired paintings, in which instinct and rationality coexist in a balance of shapes, marks and color. His research stems from the influence of German Cubism and from the experience of growing up in his father's studio, who was also an artist.
Each form present in his works converges toward a larger structure, where lines, curves and volumes build relationships that reveal the essence of the image. His works are designed to evoke multiple emotions and interpretations, leaving the observer free to reconstruct the meaning through their own imagination.
"Today the reappearance of a form is almost a legend. Today the rebirth of a form can bring to light the becoming of a pure and original thought, arrived on a land now tired."
Federico Pinto Schmid's works have been exhibited and collected internationally, becoming part of important private collections and prestigious residences.
