Born in Rome, in the outskirts, and he approaches the world of Hip Hop and Street Art, starting almost as a game with graffiti.

He uses pop imagery, cartoons, superheroes, comic character icons, musical icons, and references to great artists of the past, often revisiting them in an ironic or provocative light.
He is a big video game enthusiast and often fuses urban style with the most iconic gaming characters, both classic and contemporary.
Born in 1988, Outside 313 continues to paint what is immediately recognizable but never banal.
