Ewer - Earthenware - Pinder Bourne & Co.

Antique Pinder Bourne & Co. earthenware jug of 19 cm (7.5 inches) with cherry blossom and plum blossom motif, complete with rare original tin lid, circa 1877. The jug has a leather-like appearance and is decorated with Japanese plum blossom branches with a branch as a handle. It is very attractive and still usable. The rare tin lid is original and intact. The jug is marked on the bottom with a diamond-shaped registration mark for 1877. It is in very good antique condition.
