Amrut Portonova - b. 2017 - 700ml

Amrut Portonova is a single malt whiskey. Named after a city called Paranipettai (Portonovo) on the east coast of India, in the southern state of Tamil Nadu, a territory that was under Portuguese rule between the 16th and 18th centuries.

Tasting notes:

Nose: Fruity, caramel, baked apple pie.

Taste: Spices, fruit, notes of lightly salted oak,

Aftertaste: Long, strong influences of wood, muscovado sugar and berries.
