Oval vanity mirror in the Louis XV Style – Worked Brass – Mid-20th Century
This refined oval mirror represents a classic example of neo-rococo taste, ideal for enriching spaces with elegant, timeless design. The frame is made of brass with a patinated finish that enhances its sculptural details.
The frame is embellished with a richly worked crest featuring shell motifs (rocaille) and floral scrolls that intertwine harmoniously, as visible in the provided image. The decoration is mirrored at the bottom, creating a perfectly balanced visual equilibrium. The thin edge and the slender shape make it suitable for entrances, bedrooms, or above a console.
