Frequency BLACK MAROON is inspired by sound and frequency. From my work as a pianist I transfer rhythm, pause and repetition into a visual structure.
The composition follows a reduced order. Repetitions generate tensions comparable to held tones, while subtle color shifts mark transitions.

Size: 80 × 80 cm × 4.5 cm
Technique & Materials: Acrylic paint and heavy-gel texture paste on canvas, built up in layers with various tools. The pigments form elevations and overlays with calm, pulsating tension.
Only materials of the highest quality are used: acrylic paints from Amsterdam Expert, texture pastes from Liquitex – all locally produced in Austria.
Frame: Wide hanging frame made of solid natural wood (included in price).
