Omega wristwatch in steel, automatic Bumper model, for watch enthusiasts the name alone conveys the type of movement, the so-called hammer movement, as it was innovative for its time. We are in the immediate post–World War II era; in fact this watch should be from 1948/1950, and unlike a normal automatic, where the oscillating mass turns around the watch, here it bounces on two side springs that then wind the movement—a true innovation for the era.

The watch has small seconds at 6, a two-tone dial worn as it should be, and the rarity of having a complete Arabic numerals arrangement.
