Hagi ware 萩焼
This is pottery that has long been treasured in Japanese tea ceremonies.
Recently, it has become known overseas due to the global matcha boom.
Its appeal lies in the warm white glaze and the soft expression of the clay.

This piece is a vessel created by the popular Hagi ware artist 守繁栄徹 Morishige Eitetsu, combining simplicity with elegance. The more you use it, the deeper its character becomes, allowing you to enjoy the distinctive changes in flavor unique to Hagi ware.
