The Window PURPLE ORANGE is inspired by sound and frequency. From my work as a pianist I transfer rhythm, pause and repetition into a visual structure.
The composition follows a reduced order. Repetitions create tensions comparable to held tones, while subtle color shifts mark transitions.
Artwork details:
Title: The Window PURPLE ORANGE
Size: 80 × 80 cm × 4.5 cm
Technique & Materials: Acrylic paint and heavy-gel texture paste on canvas, built up in layers with various spatulas. The pigments form elevations and overlays with calm, pulsating tension.
Only materials of the highest quality are used: acrylic paints from Amsterdam Expert, texture pastes from Liquitex – all of them produced locally in Austria.
Frame: Wide support frame made of solid natural wood (included in price).
(Black decorative frame not included)
Images: The pictures were photographed under professional studio lighting. Light is essential for the color play of the works. The artist recommends placement under direct or indirect light to fully bring out the color play and make the works come alive.
