It is that quiet moment that has stayed with me – as if the cold itself left a memory behind. Not loud, but careful, almost hesitant. The bright areas feel like a snowy expanse, while darker traces emerge like thoughts that come and go. In between, blue accents sweep through the quiet like fleeting emotions – cool, yet still vibrant.

The painting feels as if something from the past is lingering – a step in the snow, a breeze, a feeling that cannot be fully grasped. It is calm, but not empty. More like this special winter moment when everything comes to a halt and you suddenly sense that even the silence has a voice.

Biography:
My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio – a place where I can completely immerse myself in my colors, forms and thoughts.
Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never let go of me – it accompanies me to this day and inspires me again and again. On trips and during visits to numerous exhibitions across Europe I was able to collect many artistic impressions that shaped my view of painting.
My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my works I mainly deal with emotions, inner states, landscapes and fantasy worlds. It is about making visible what cannot be said – emotions, moods and interstices that are often expressed only in color and motion.
I paint out of passion. For me it is an intuitive process in which authenticity and depth are central. Each work is a piece of myself – a impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.

For a painting measuring 160 x 100 cm one needs a stretcher frame of 150 x 90 cm and a thickness of 2-4 cm.

You can then either simply stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an art craftsman or gallery owner.

This is a handmade original, which has been signed and dated on the back by the artist.

High-quality and light-fast acrylic paints were used on multiple coats of white-primed gallery canvas.

Additionally, a varnish was applied to protect the work.

This work is handmade and thus unique!
