The dress is entirely made in a black lurex-knit fabric with gold threads, with a prestigious and sophisticated texture. The geometric design sculpts the figure thanks to the wise alternation of vertical and diagonal ribbing, highlighting the waistline and creating a visually elongated effect.
Sleeveless, crew neck, it emphasizes the shoulders and underlines the waist. The lower part of the dress features a delicate pleating that moves with lightness and fluidity, for a timeless elegance.
The sparkling effect of the lurex makes it perfect for evening events, red carpet, gala or ceremonies.

The Vionnet collection in which this dress was presented drew inspiration from a precious historic archive of 17,000 pieces, recently acquired by the house. The lines, inlays and finishes directly recall Madeleine Vionnet's creative heritage, but reinterpreted in a modern key with metallic yarns and light volumes.
