Ferrari, G. B. De Feudis. Naples, apud Frates Simonios, 1772. In Folio, vignette engraved on copper at the title page, pp. VIII-337. Contemporary binding in half-leather with gilt titles on the spine on a label. Good copy, with inevitable foxing of the paper and slight wear to the boards. Cf. Giustiniani III, p. 11: "Divides Ferrari's work into two parts, in the first of which he claimed to talk about the different kinds of fiefs with various other distinctions, and the rights that pertain to those feudal lords; and in the second, then, of what he is disposed to be able to do while remaining the feudal lord, and of many other determinations with respect to his heirs…"
