Description from the seller
Medicom Toy presents Dog Save the Queen statue in collaboration with artist D*Face. A beautiful large size bust, made out of strong polystone. Limited to 100 pieces, sold out.
The artist, returns to Sync's side with a brand new transgressive statue representing the Queen of England. For this 15.75 "polystone figure, D * Face does not hesitate to multiply the details that characterize it, such as the outstretched tongue, the small rounded wings that protrude from the Queen's head ...
To go even further, it goes so far as to distort the famous name of the English anthem God Save The Queen into Dog Save The Queen. This is the detail that adds to the long list of those who make this statuette (literally and figuratively) a staple of the coming months. The statue features a square base adorned with the word Regina.

The artist cites New York's graffiti and skateboard cultures as formative influences, and his work can evoke the styles of Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol. D*Face has exhibited in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Barcelona, Paris, Melbourne, Tokyo, and Taipei, and his public works can be found in many more cities. He has also produced a number of collaborations with brands including Haig Club, Triumph Motorcycles, Indian Motorcycle, Uniqlo, and Zippo. Banksy, Damien Hirst, Takeru Amano.
