The globe is fixed in the middle of a golden semi-circle graduated every 15 degrees, itself screwed onto a pedestal. The set can be rested on a metal foot at your convenience. The color of the oceans is in blue color. These globes are made by hand with around thirty semi-precious natural stones (aventurine, mother-of-pearl, tortoiseshell, jasper, fluorite, lapis lazuli, white marble, malachite, onyx, mother-of-pearl, nephrite, tiger's eye, quartz, serpentine , turquoise, etc.). Each country is represented by a semi-precious stone. The gemstone globe requires dozens of hours of craftsmanship.
