Dedicated to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Grand Marshal of the Court of His Imperial Majesty, Count Vladimir Nikolajevich Lamsdorf.

The stamp indicates that this book once belonged to a private collection from the library of N. P. Bulygin.
The signature is probably (Paramonov).

The condition of the book is, given its age, in very good condition.
The hard cover has some small blemishes on the front.
The interior looks very neat. A few pages have a very small tear at the bottom (see photos) and also a small manufacturing defect.

Opgedragen aan de minister van buitenlandse zaken, hofmaarschalk van het hof van Zijne Keizerlijke Majesteit, Graaf Vladimir Nikolajevitsj Lamsdorf.

De stempel geeft aan dat dit boek ooit deel uitmaakte van een privécollectie uitde bibliotheek van N. P. Bulygin.
De handtekening is waarschijnlijk (Paramonov)

De conditie van het boek is gezien zijn leeftijd in een zeer goede staat.
De harde kaft heeft enkele kleine beschadigingen aan de voorkant.
Binnenwerk ziet er heel netjes uit. Een paar pagina’s hebben een heel klein scheurtje aan de onderkant (zie foto’s) en ook een klein fabrieksfoutje.
