Exceptional antique hanging oil lamp made of bronze, a piece with great decorative character and strong aesthetic presence that evokes the tradition of the old suspended oil lamps used in domestic and religious settings. The structure features an elegant vertical development topped by a zoomorphic bird figure — possibly a rooster or creature of oriental inspiration — finely modeled, a symbol of protection and vigilance in traditional iconography. Below it sits a lobed drip-cup plate, a functional element characteristic of antique oil lamps, intended to collect fuel residues.
