Chinese white nephrite jade dragon head bangle –China- early 21the Century
On offer is a thick semi-translucent white nephrite jade bangle or bracelet of highest quality, with a semi-translucent appearance. It has superb carvings of 2 dragonhead together holding a pearl. Furthermore, there are 2 detailed bats to be seen. One of the most beautiful we have ever had!
Has been identified as nephrite jade by measuring thermal conductivity and hardness and translucency. Also checked with UV light; which indicates a natural color. Provenance: This jade comes from inland China. A fine example, suitable as an addition to your high-end collection or to present as a gift! Please see test results and pictures.
