Description from the seller

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK
In auction an important art manifesto by master Giuseppe Santomaso (Venice, 1907-1990), one of the leading exponents of lyrical abstraction on the international scene.
The poster was printed by the prestigious Galleria Multigrafic of Venice on the occasion of the XLIII International Art Exhibition (Venice Biennale) of 1988. The work reproduces an iconic composition by the artist, characterized by his unmistakable chromatic and tactile exploration, with the elegance typical of the Venetian editions of that era.
TECHNICAL DATA
Artist: Giuseppe Santomaso
Subject: Abstract Composition
Publisher/Printer: Multigrafic Venice
Occasion: Venice Biennale 1988
Dimensions: 100 x 68.5 cm (Large Format)

CONDITION
The copy is in generally good condition.
Colors: Vivid and well preserved, no color fading from sunlight.

An essential piece for Giuseppe Santomaso collectors and for enthusiasts of the history of the Venice Biennale.
