A painterly and atmospheric artwork from the "Window series" created in 2019. The Window series was exhibited last year in Sao Paulo at Galeria Bolsa de Arte in André's second solo presentation in Brazil.
Print no 16 from an edition of 30. Giclee archival print on Hahnemule Photo Rag Pearl, 320gsm (cotton based) fine art paper. Provenance from the artist studio.
The print has an embossed artist stamp on recto (bottom right) and is titled, dated and signed on verso. The lot comes with a signed & dated Certificate of Authenticity. The print will be shipped flat, (tracked and insured) protected in acid free materials and sturdy packaging.
Award winning André Lichtenberg is known for his atmospheric moonlight studies and large scale constructed architectural images. His artworks have been exhibited in museums, art fairs and private galleries worldwide, including the Barbican Centre London in 1998, Centre Pompidou/IRCAM, Paris in 2015/16 and Fabrica, Brighton in 2018. His prints are represented in numerous international art collections including the prestigious Joseph Cohen Family Collection in NY.
