Ellis Hollering - Purple Twilight - Abstract Square

A powerful XXL square abstract work with a calm undertone, that keeps changing in how it is perceived and thus plays a subtle yet present role in the space. Deep purple tones are built up with soft transitions to pink and warmer nuances, creating a rich and vibrant surface.

The paint is applied in transparent and more saturated layers, causing parts to appear to come forward while others fade away. This creates a continuous interplay between depth and light.

• Acrylic paint on high-quality professional canvas (380 g/m²).

• The canvas is 150 x 150 cm. Please note that the specified dimensions are the total dimensions of the canvas. When the canvas is stretched you will lose about 10 cm in length and width. Because it is an abstract artwork, the overall effect remains. For optimal presentation we recommend adding a frame that fits your interior.

• The painting has a glossy varnish layer. Colors may differ slightly depending on your screen settings. There may be color markings on the back of the canvas.

About the artist
Ellis Hollering is a Dutch contemporary abstract-realist painter, based in Eindhoven. Her work fuses realism and abstraction, often inspired by travel, nature and moments of personal transformation.

With deep, powerful colors, soft transitions and golden details she creates layered paintings that symbolize the many layers of life. From a distance they form a whole, but closer inspection reveals new details each time. Themes such as self-discovery, inner strength and connection recur. Her work is now in private collections in Europe, North America and Canada.

This work is shipped with a tracking number and insurance. The painting is rolled and well protected in a sturdy cardboard tube. Please ensure the package arrives in perfect condition. If you notice damage, take several photos of the box and the canvas so we can file an insurance claim.
