With ROLL’ART, SKE develops a series of rolled contemporary sculptures, conceived as visual fragments, compressed memories, and pop icons transformed into art objects.

This edition dives into the cult universe of Goldorak, the absolute symbol of a generation cradled by giant robots, unforgettable theme songs, intergalactic battles, and heroes from elsewhere.

Here, Goldorak is reinterpreted in a pop and street art aesthetic, between manga energy, graphic tension, bursts of red, deep black, metallic touches, and urban composition. The character becomes almost a modern relic: a rolled piece of childhood, tied, preserved as a precious memory we would have refused to let disappear.

Rolled up and held by a raw rope, the work takes on a strong sculptural dimension. It is no longer merely an image inspired by Japanese pop culture: it becomes a collectible object, a nostalgic capsule, a contemporary totem dedicated to the 80s, to cult cartoons, and to the heroic imaginary that marked an entire generation.

Artist Bio:
SKE is a self-taught French artist and all-rounder who grew up with the culture of the 80s/90s, inspiring a large portion of his artistic work.

He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stencil, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with double meaning, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.

After an exceptional year 2025, SKE's market value has risen notably. Winner of the first prize in the Urban Master contest (2023) and later elected Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025), selected 'Artist of the Month' by the Opulence gallery in October, he also benefited from a publication in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.

His works have already been exhibited in major venues in Europe, the United States, and Asia, consolidating his place on the contemporary art scene. In parallel, SKE also asserts himself in the market for digital works, a major trend of the last two years, strengthening the appeal of his creations to collectors.

His canvases capture the ‘Hype’ aesthetic: you find sneaker culture (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also incorporates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to mention mass consumer icons like Coca-Cola. It is vibrant art, with textured finishes sometimes reminiscent of Jeff Koons’s glossy surface or the facets of Richard Orlinski.
