Description from the seller

Description:
A stunning, monumental ceramic pitcher (jar) with lid, fully handcrafted and hand-painted in Deruta, Italy. This piece originates from the renowned atelier of F.lli Mari & C. (Fratelli Mari), a name synonymous with high-quality Italian Majolica tradition since 1932.
The pitcher features the iconic "Ricco Deruta" pattern, a classic Renaissance-inspired design famous for its rich scrolls, floral motifs, and vibrant use of cobalt blue, ochre yellow, and terracotta orange.
Due to its impressive size and the presence of the original lid, this is a true centerpiece. The bottom is hand-signed "Mari E. C. Deruta Italy" with model number 743.
Details:
Origin: Deruta, Italy.
Manufacturer: F.lli Mari & C.
Period: ca. 1960 - 1980.

This is a beautiful collector's item that brings a touch of Italian history to any interior.
