Table knife set (6) - .800 silver, Vermeil - cheese knives

Set of 6 superb cheese knives with palmette decoration in Charles X style, blades and ferrules in vermeil (gold layer on solid silver) with Minerve hallmark and silversmith hallmark from the Louis Philippe era, first half of the 19th century. The magnificent handles are mother-of-pearl.
Excellent overall condition with some signs of use; each knife is about 20 cm long; total weight 217 grams.
