ABOUT PEETA
Peeta, also known as Manuel Di Rita, has been a graffiti artist since 1993 and currently lives in Delft. He is a member of the EEAS crew (Padova, Italy), the FX and RWK crew (New York City) and has participated in jams, festivals and art shows around the world over the years. His work explores the potential of sculptural writing and anamorphism, both in painting and in sculpture.
In his painterly, sculptural and wall compositions, his geometric shapes interact with the surroundings. Especially in the case of murals, Peeta's goal is always to create a dialogue with the structural and cultural parameters of the surrounding context, whether architectural or not.
