AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Beautiful almost 100-year-old German-made 4/4 violin from the renowned luthier Adolf SPRENGER (1872 - 1958) from Stuttgart. The violin was built in 1930 and has always been owned by the person who bought the violin new in 1932 (see purchase receipt). The violin has certainly not been played for at least 50 years and is in excellent condition. The violin is very finely finished and has a dominant full tone
The measurements are:
Total length: 59.5 cm
Scale length: 32.1 cm
Body length: 36.0 cm
Waist: 11.4 cm
Upper bout width: 16.9 cm
Lower bout width: 20.8 cm

Violin and bows that are described as 'certified' or 'accredited' contain images of their certificates and therefore have a higher degree of documented certainty regarding maker, provenance and age than instruments described only as 'labeled' (violins) or 'stamped' (bows), for which we give no warranty
