Francesco De Simone is a young Campanian artist, a Napoli football club fan, and he has introduced a series of works that reference the aforementioned team. The lithograph depicts an unpublished image of Diego Armando Maradona, with a peculiarity: the left foot is golden, hence the name of the work. The depiction of the golden foot is a strong symbol, meant to signify how important he was.

The lithograph has been retouched with acrylic colors by the artist.
