Il Lampione - 1848-1849

Rare collection of editorial satirical and political newspapers gathered in bound fascicles from the 1848 period, titled "Il Lampione", a newspaper for all, Florentine satirical daily, published on July 13, 1848, founded by Carlo Lorenzini known as COLLODI, with other founders (Paolo Lorenzini, Pilade Tosi, Alessandro Ademollo), born during the First War of Independence, first and second series from 1848 to 1849, with articles and caricatures attributed to Collodi." Volumes of 100 issues each from issue 1 to issue 200, complete. The publications were interrupted and suppressed by the grand-ducal reaction in April 1849 after the 222nd issue and reopened in 1860.
The conditions are acceptable with vintage spots and browning, but probably to be rebound and restored; the 200 issues of 800 pages are intact.
