Nothing stands alone; every trace still carries a bit of what came before. Some colors push forward, loud and self-assured, while others stay quieter and only peek through in fragments.

In the process, there is no chaos, but a living disorder that feels familiar. Like in everyday life, when impressions overlap and a sense for the whole gradually emerges. It is a game of proximity and distance, of hiding and revealing.

What remains is not a finished image, but a process – something that constantly shifts, adds to and recomposes itself.

Biography:
My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio – a place where I can dive completely into my colors, forms and thoughts.
Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never left me – it accompanies me to this day and inspires me again and again. On travels and during visits to numerous exhibitions across Europe I was able to collect many artistic impressions that have shaped my view of painting.
My preferred means of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my work I mainly deal with feelings, inner states, landscapes and fantasy worlds. I aim to make visible what cannot be said – emotions, moods and interspaces that are often expressed only through color and movement.
I paint out of passion. For me it is an intuitive process in which authenticity and depth are central. Each work is a part of myself – a impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.

For a painting measuring 160 x 130 cm you need a stretcher frame of size 150 x 120 cm and a thickness of 2-4 cm.

You can then either simply stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an art craftsman or gallery owner.

This is a handmade original, which is signed by the artist on the back and dated by year.

High-quality and lightfast acrylic paints have been used on multiple white-primed gallery canvas.

A varnish was also applied to protect the work.

This work is handmade and therefore a one-of-a-kind!
