Laurent Anastay Ponsolle presents an original mixed‑media canvas titled Black Lupanar, a 2022 nocturnal scene in collage and painting techniques, 81 by 100 cm, hand‑signed, in excellent condition and shipped from France ready to hang with a certificate of authenticity.
Description from the seller
Young artist showcased at the Centre Pompidou in September 2025 on the occasion of the day dedicated to French Young Creation, Laurent Anastay-Ponsolle is a French expressionist artist born in 1982. Drawing, painting, collage, performance are the languages he explores with strength and spontaneity.
This work is a large collage on raw canvas, created by a set of mixed techniques that include drawing on paper, oil pastels, acrylic painting, charcoal and ink. The whole is a very “brut”, “raw-skinned,” and “sensitive” whole, qualities inherent to German figurative expressionism, the current in which the artist fully places himself.
The work is shipped on its stretcher and is ready to be hung on a wall.
Fast and neat shipping. An authenticity certificate signed by the artist will also be sent by email.
Figurative expressionism, contemporary dance, couple, kissing, desire, love, boudoir, cuddle, erotism, artistic nudity. Schiele, Munch, Kirchner
