A.P. 2/3 – Edition of 8
This work tensions the two- and three-dimensional through the physical intervention of the Control device, which ruptures the surface and releases a real chromatic flow. The pop pattern of smiles, a symbol of lightness and positivity, is thus subjected to pressure and put under strain, transforming the smile into an ambiguous and unstable signal.
The meeting of image, matter, and object creates a visual short circuit between irony and inquietude, where color seduces while the concept questions: is happiness truly spontaneous, or is it a regulated flow?
INSURED SHIPPING! The package is carefully packed,
the drop is shipped separately from the faucet, to be screwed onto the faucet (by hand), so as to ensure a safer shipment.
The canvas is mounted on a wooden frame, the faucet is iron, the drop is resin with an iron core, frame not included.
The artist established himself in 2024 as one of the most sought-after names on Catawiki, immediately following icons such as Kaws and Banksy. His art stands out in an exclusive milieu that includes other categories of excellence, such as Rolex, Lego, Louis Vuitton, Porsche, Eames, Macallan, Tintin, Cartier and Pokémon. A talent recognized not only for its creative value but also as one of the most promising investments of the year.
Born in 1992 in Macerata, Marche, the Italian artist followed a path that, between studies in surveying and architecture, led him to collaborate with a resin sculpture artisan. There arose an increasingly strong need to find himself and unleash his creativity.
His works are sold worldwide, collaborating with galleries in Italy and Europe.
His art is widely appreciated and is a must among collectors of street art paintings and sculptures, pop art, contemporary art.
"It's never easy to classify one's own art; I try to convey what my eyes see, my way of perceiving what surrounds me, and I rework it with a design that fits modern times: impactful and memorable."
