Description from the seller
Title: Positano
Artist: A. Grimaldi
Year: 2005
Technique: Oil on canvas (presumably)
Dimensions: 50 x 70 cm
Description:
Vibrant and luminous painting depicting a suggestive coastal landscape clearly inspired by the Mediterranean. The scene opens on a calm, intensely blue sea, dotted with small sailing boats, while to the right a picturesque cliffside town develops, composed of pastel-colored houses arranged in harmonious fashion.
In the foreground, a rich floral composition in warm tones – pinks, reds and yellows – frames the view, creating depth and guiding the gaze toward the seascape. The brushwork is energetic and tactile, with an expressive use of color that gives the work a sunny and romantic atmosphere.
The painting conveys serenity and natural beauty, making it ideal for bright and refined interiors. Signed at the bottom right.
Conditions: Generally good condition (possible signs of time to be checked in photos).
Notes: Decorative work with strong visual impact, perfect for collectors or for anyone wishing to bring a touch of Mediterranean landscape into their home.
