At first it seems almost factual, almost like a technical term. And yet there is something deeply sensual unfolding behind it.

The surface seems permeated by warmth, as if light had inscribed itself there over a long period. Gentle transitions, shimmering traces, a soft pulsation – nothing is rigid, everything seems to sway with a calm breath. It is as if the picture not only glows but also remembers.

One can feel in it that familiar sensation: sun on the skin, blinking in bright light, this warm afterglow behind closed eyes. A moment that remains even though it has long since passed.

Thus something that seems abstract becomes something very tangible – less a motif than a state that slowly unfolds.

Biography:
My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio – a place where I can immerse myself completely in my colors, forms, and thoughts.
Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This passion has never left me – it accompanies me to this day and continually inspires me. On travels and while visiting numerous exhibitions across Europe I gathered many artistic impressions that have shaped my view of painting.
My preferred expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my work I deal mainly with feelings, inner states, landscapes, and fantasy worlds. I aim to make visible what cannot be said – emotions, moods, and interspaces that often only express themselves in color and movement.
I paint out of passion. It is an intuitive process for me, with authenticity and depth at its core. Each work is a piece of myself – a impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.

For a painting with the dimensions 160 x 130 cm you need a stretch canvas frame sized 150 x 120 cm and a thickness of 2-4 cm.

You can then either simply stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an art craftsman or gallery owner.

This is a handmade original, which the artist has signed on the back and dated.

High-quality, lightfast acrylic paints were used on a repeatedly white-primed gallery canvas.

Additionally, a varnish was applied to protect the work.

This work is handmade and thus unique!
