Pappay presents an original mixed-media street-art painting, Somewhere in Manhattan, on a thick 80 x 80 cm canvas (depth 4 cm) using acrylic paint, spray, and collage, signed by hand and produced in the 2020s in France, sold direct from the artist with a certificate of authenticity.
Description from the seller
Thick canvas artwork mounted on a frame.
Mixed technique: spray paint, acrylic markers and cardboard collage.
Dimensions: 80x80 cm.
Depth: 4 cm.
Signed with a marker at the bottom right of the piece.
Artwork in the street art style depicting a Manhattan Avenue, New York, at night. The buildings are adorned with vivid colors thanks to the luminous signs. The enormous arteries, endlessly long, wind through the New York cityscape.
These buildings seem to come alive thanks to the graffiti touches and the colors that Pappay uses to create his paintings. He loves above all to linger on the details: illuminated panels, traffic lights, storefront signs, sidewalks, and other graffiti that testify to urban life.
A volumetric collage of cardboard adds a certain perspective to the work.
Perfect condition, freshly out of the artist's studio.
Delivered with certificate of authenticity.
Created by Pappay, a French street art artist born in 1985.

Pappay settled in the south of France about twenty years ago and has continued to create and reinvent himself. He draws inspiration from the chaos of cities and their architecture, as well as from graphic design and street art. His highly realistic style with shimmering colors invites us to live and feel the scenes he represents.
Through customization and the creation of larger-scale works, Pappay makes his mark on the contemporary art scene.
His works are exhibited in galleries nationally and internationally, notably in Singapore and the United States (Philadelphia).
He won 3rd prize in the Ride Smart Live Art competition in Peyssac (33, France) and regularly participates in street art festivals in the south of France.
