A superb rare antique work devoted to the Mont-Blanc massif, illustrated with numerous sepia heliogravure photographs and a color map. A true collectible for enthusiasts of alpinism, mountains, and old books. Original edition published in Chambéry by Dardel. Complete book with all pages present. The pages are simply yellowed with time, including a tiny tear on one of the middle pages (2 cm); a few small marks may appear on some of them but none hinder reading nor are they predominant, they are just the effect of time. A very beautiful decorative and historical object, very well preserved.
