Description from the seller

Beautiful 4/4 Mittenwald violin, built by Johann REITER, (1879 - 1959), a member of the renowned violin-making family in Mittenwald. The violin has undergone several repairs, professionally carried out by a violin maker. Recently a new bridge has been fitted to the violin. The violin is very finely crafted and the sound is overwhelmingly warm and dominant
The measurements are:
Total length. 59.1 cm
Mensuur. 32.7 cm
Corpus. 35.8 cm
Taille. 11.4 cm
Breedte boven. 16.9 cm
Breedte onder. 20.7 cm

Violine and bows that are described as 'certified' or 'accredited' contain images of their certificates and therefore have a higher degree of documented certainty regarding maker, provenance and age than instruments described only as 'labelled' (violins) or 'stamped' (bows), for which we give no warranty.
