Copper distillation set by Accornero Clemente from Piemonte, Italy, dating to 1980–1990, comprising a bombé boiler with brass riveted handle, a bulbous cap with a swan-neck and brass threaded connector, and a serpentine condenser with three side connections, dimensions 40 cm wide, 25 cm high, 15 cm deep, in good used condition with natural oxidation and patina, complete with original documentation and the producer’s business card.

Complete set for artisanal copper distillation, consisting of three elements: boiler with bulged body and brass handle fixed by rivets and with hammered interior; onion-head cap with a conical gooseneck and brass threaded connector; serpentine condenser with three side outlets for the cooling-water circuit and the distillate outlet.
Maker: Accornero Clemente, 15 Via Mameli, Balzola (Alessandria), craftsman specialized in spirits and preserves.
Dimensions: boiler Ø 15 cm, height 13 cm; gooseneck length 40 cm; condenser Ø 13 cm, height 10 cm.
Condition: good, with oxidation and a natural patina from use. All three components intact and functioning.
Original documentation included: instruction sheet "La Tradizione Valdostana - Distillazione" with diagram and handwritten operating instructions; original business card of the producer.
